At Apex Optimum, we take pride in delivering quality products and transparent service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or discounted items

  • Collectibles, limited-edition, or specialty items once opened

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper storage

Collectibles & Specialty Items

Due to the nature of collectibles and specialty products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Packaging wear that does not affect the item (minor shelf wear, box creases, manufacturer imperfections)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The item

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of a claim.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to appear

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Apex Optimum is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
